Mobile Yoga to You
Yoga was traditionally taught one on one, so the student had the undivided attention of the teacher. This is the ideal way to learn yoga because sequencing can be tailored specifically to each person's individual physical and mental needs. The Asana (physical yoga practice) is only one limb of the eight limbs of yoga. During our practices we can tailor sessions to include the other limbs of yoga such as Pranayama (breathing) and Dhyana (mediation), for the complete wellness practice.
During a one to one class you will have the time to explore the postures at your own pace and your own rhythm. You'll have the chance to ask questions along the way and begin to understand how your unique body moves. Once you start to become aware of your unique build you are then able to move in a way which respects your body, further reaping the healing benefits of the yoga practice.
Group face to face yoga classes in a yoga studio are not for everyone, and not everyone can get to a class when they are scheduled. By utilising a trained yoga teacher in your own home means you can learn yoga postures in the privacy of your own home at a time that suits you.
